At Kahoots, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Simply initiate your request through our portal to receive a prepaid shipping label and start your refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
